Refunds & Returns

All items are sold as described; we specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The customer should satisfy themselves that items chosen is suitable for their intended purpose or use.

All products are brand new unless otherwise stated. We cannot control products that have a manufacturer’s fault, but we will honour our terms and conditions and replace any faulty products.

We offer a 100% 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the delivery date indicated on your sales receipt.

Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase withproof of purchase and detailed reason for return enclosed.

 Item must be unopened, unused in resalable condition or in case of graded item in the same condition as sent.

Free promotion items associated with sale must also be returned in same condition as sent if exchange is not being given.

 Buyer is responsible for return costs. No refunds or exchanges will be issued until goods have been received and inspected and comply with the above return’s policy.

 Postage and packing delivery charges is not refundable in any circumstance.

 If the item is returned to us due to your failure to arrange redelivery or collection from local depot/sorting office, we will charge you a delivery fee and hold the right in the case of courier deliveries to charge an additional £20.00 (which is the courier return fee we are normally charged by our selected courier company).

 Also in these circumstances, if you request a refund instead of having resent to you, we hold the right to provide a refund less our actual postage and packing costs even if the item price at the time of purchase included no extra charge for postage and packing. Faulty or damaged products must be reported within seven (7) days of purchase.

 If the manufacturer has a special direct warranty procedure this must be followed.

  After 30 days your order will be assumed satisfactory and any claims or delivery errors or requests for returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

Products may be returned or exchanged provided that the product(s) are returned to us in its original and unused condition (including in its original packaging), along with the wrapping and delivery note (as proof of purchase).

Providing your returned item is confirmed as faulty on testing by our returns team, however, there will be a charge of £50.00 made to your order if the return is found to be not faulty.

We test returned items, and if our technicians find a returned item is not faulty or has been tampered with, we will return the item back to you.

 (In certain circumstances, faults will need to be diagnosed by the manufacturer of the item before a replacement can be issued ~ i.e., reading faults, device not powering up etc). In this instance, you will be liable for the return carriage.

 All exchanges will incur a return delivery fee. After we receive your returned product, we will test it first and refund will be issued within 30 days upon the conditions of returns, alternatively, replacement will be sent.

Items received outside the 30 calendar days will be issued with a replacement only.

If you exercise your right of cancellation after the items have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods back to us at your own cost.

 The goods must be returned unopened, and you must take reasonable care to ensure the products are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. You may send returns to us via whichever method you choose, however, we do recommend using a track-able service and obtaining proof of postage. When sending returns to us please make sure they are securely packaged, as Pimp-My-Bike Retail cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.

We will endeavour to process the refunds as soon as possible but will refund you the same method you used to make the payment within 30 days from the date of notification.

 Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order any time before dispatch, or within seven days of receiving your goods. If you cancel after dispatch of Goods, Pimp-My-Bike Retail will attempt to stop the item in transit, but if the goods are delivered, you will still be entitled to a full refund after we have received receipt of goods.

Unwanted Goods ~ Orders within 30 Days

You can return unwanted goods purchased from Pimp-My-Bike Retail within 30 calendar days of delivery and we will refund you the price paid for the items;  you will be responsible for the return postage cost. If you return a product to us that is not received in a brand-new packagedcondition, we reserve the right to return the product back to you.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund, replace, or exchange certain products if the seal/packaging has been broken or opened.

 This is applicable to product software, clothing material, all types of replacement batteries, memory, media cards, or similar products.

 Wireless or Wired Headphones are also excluded where evidence of in-ear use has been identified or tampered with; this is due to reasons of hygiene.
