Limited One Year Warranty

Pimp-My-Bike Retail provides your purchased innovative quality product with a 12 month return period commencing on the delivery date. During this period, Pimp-My-Bike Retail warrants that the device will be free of material defects that prevent its normal operation. You are entitled to one (1) year limited warranty service according to the terms and conditions in the limited warranty statement within the warranty period in the UK or locality where this product is marked.

The warranty period starts on the date of purchase. Your dated sales receipt, which shows the date of purchase, is your proof of purchase date. You may be required to provide the date of purchase as a condition of receiving warranty service.

Pimp-My-Bike Retail shall not be liable for any damages or defects to this product caused by improper use or by accident, malicious damage, hazard, excess humidity, liquid ingress, electrical stress, or other environmental conditions not commonly found in a normal safe working environment. Please note that each product is fitted with a liquid sensor and its reaction will serve as proof of liquid ingress having occurred.

Your innovative quality product is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under the normal use during the limited warranty period except the scratch on appearance, plastic accessories and rubber pads.

The defective material of your returned product will be repaired or replaced with the new, or equivalent to new, spared material in the provided warranty service. A repaired or replaced product will be warranted for the unexpected portion of the original product’s warranty.

Pimp-My-Bike Retail shall not be liable if the defect arises because you have failed to follow the manufacturer’s written instructions as to storage, installation, commissioning, use or maintenance of the product or if you alter or attempt to repair the product by yourself or through some unauthorised service personnel without the written consent of Pimp-My-Bike Retail.

Pimp-My-Bike Retail’s warranty does not extend to cables, accessories, plugs, rubber pads, batteries, plastics or power supply units. It is your responsibility to return the faulty product back to us. You are expected to reuse the original packaging for the product examination and ensure safe transport. Incorrectly packaged returns may be processed as a chargeable repair.

Pimp-My-Bike Retail will, in its discretion, either repair or replace the faulty product within 30 days of the receipt of the product. Pimp-My-Bike Retail will return the product to you at our cost.
